2:00 P.M. local time, on Thursday December 5 at Lawrence County Schools Central Office, 1620
Springer Street, Lawrenceburg, Tn 38464, at which time and place they will be publicly opened and read
aloud.

Performance Bond and Payment Bond in the full amount of the bid will be required.
All bidders must be licensed Contractors as required by the Contractors Licensing Act of 1976, as
currently amended.
A non-mandatory Pre-bid Conference will be held 10:00 A. M. local time, on November 13, 2024 at the
Lawrence County Board of Education, 1620 Springer Rd. Lawrenceburg, TN 38464
